give away

I just talked to Natasha. She sounded really good... and that little Estelle - adorable!! She will be posting pics on her blog (linked to mine) soon. I am so happy for their family and am so thankful to God for this precious girl!
My dear friend Kristen drove two hours to go to the hospital the night Estelle Hope was born. She had no idea where the hospital was, but was determined to go to offer support and prayers. Kristen is a prayer warrior, a dear friend and has been a huge support to Natasha through the past ten months. I loved my phone conversations with Kristen that day as we anxiously awaited any baby news. Thanks Kris for giving up sleep Saturday night to be there for Tash (and me).
Our sis Lesha is staying with Natasha, Reese and family now. I love it that she is there! I know she will be such a sweet help to all of them!!
I have been sick today. ugh. Barely out of bed and off the couch sick. Merit has been fabulous! He has late start on Mondays and I am not sure what I would have done without him this morning! He has helped me sooo much. It must have been a twelve hour thing, because I feel so much better now than I did a couple hours ago.
I mentioned a GIVE AWAY! So here goes....
Comment on this post and you will be entered. Let me know what your favorite set of cards is AND let me know your favorite Christmas recipe or Christmas song! I will draw for the winner Thursday.

Wow. You have been busy! I somehow missed 3 posts and an Etsy shop. If you have time to be blogging, I think you're faking this illness to get attention from Merit. You're so blessed to have that sweet boy!
Don't want to miss out on a chance for the giveaway! I can't decide if I like set 1 or 3 better, let's say 1. I love Christmas songs, if you make me choose just one, I'll have to pick JOY to the World.
Thanks for letting the www know that you're NACAM. But I suppose even QEJ has figured out I'm a SLY. Since you're asking for preferences, for the record, I like Ocean Spray 100% juice. That'll be fine.

Congrats on your new niece! What a precious, precious gift! I hope you feel better soon, too. It's no fun when the mama is sick. :( I love set 3 and I love almost all Christmas music, but "Angels We Have Heard on High" is my favorite to play on the piano.

I am SO happy for Natasha and the family! Hope you are feeling better today....
As for your give away, I like set 1 and my favorite Christmas song is "Rockin Around the Christmas Tree" (I think because it is a good song but more so because Deven loves it because his dad loved it-when he hears it and mentions his dad, his smile is the BEST!)

Michele I have so enjoyed reading your blog and looking at your wonderful photos!!! so amazed by your creativity and your genuine heart <3...so I must sing a song..."You know I love you, you know I care...but I really, really love Set 1 and the smell of Spritz cookies in the air!!!" in a silly J.Beiber voice :P

What a fun giveaway! Oh, my...I love all your cards! If I have to choose, I'd probably go with set #1.
Now, my favorite Christmas song is "The Little Drummer Boy". It just brings back lots of wonderful memories for me from my childhood.

Can't wait for more pictures of Estelle. Such a cute name. Makes me think she is a little "star of hope". A twinkle to the eye. Anyway, congrats!
I love all your cards, but I won last year, so keep me out of the drawing! I want to be fair.
But did I mention that I am singing in our chruch's big cantata this season. I am a mujor rookie, but learning. :)

Congrats Auntie Michele!! What a great thing Kristen did on Saturday! Wish we all could have been there. :-)
Your cards are beautiful! I like set #3! So many recipes that I like for Christmas but sweets are an all time down fall for me! One of my favorite Christmas cookies is the Russian Tea Cookie but we call them snowball cookies!

Love it that you are doing a little game/giveaway. My fave is #3. I really like the white snowflake against the brown background. Since there is snow in the forecast in western WA I would imagine there is there too. I wish I could see you thanksgiving, but it probably will be simpler not driving over the pass. ; ( Love the sunshine here in sunny California. I hope to someday be here with you too.

Oh ya, the best christmas recipe ever is Almond Sticks! I want to make them this year even though they are quite a process, they are so worth it. 2 or 3 years ago when I made them I thought so much about Mom. It was theurapetic missing her at Christmas time. I remember going to Grandma A's as a little girl while they made them together and sneakin on the dough.

"Oh Come All Ye Faithful" is a favorite Christmas song. I have so many favorites, but this is always sang in church on Christmas Eve with my family. Makes me smile just thinking about it :) Love the first set of cards - how fun, a give-away!

Love the 3rd set! So cute. My favorite holiday song is "Oh Holy Night". Josh Groban sings it the best in my opinion! :)
