Grateful hearts ๐Ÿ’ž

Let me begin with a grateful heart!!
Tasha is home!
God’s goodness and prayers from at least 29 states have gotten this girl here. To her now.

While Natasha was in the hospital she was reading notes, prayer chains, texts, and Facebook messages.
She has family, military friends, old friends, new friends praying for her....
she passed some time in the hospital room noting all the people from many states praying for her. She counted 29!

She was first diagnosed with heart failure 7 years ago. Shortly after we realized this was genetic. This was what our mom passed away from.

Her faith stayed strong during this process. A process of dealing with a heart and then a body that had some restrictions. Some days she felt terrible. Some days she felt good.

Several hospitalizations over the past two years and a stroke this past April, presented challenges and hardships. Some sadness too -
I will never forget the morning of Tasha's stroke when Reese called Vance - we were all so scared. Many were praying that day too!

Her road has been far from easy.
But we have held onto HOPE. Hope in Jesus.
Please pray with me that her recovery continues to move along well and that she can stay healthy.
A compromised immune system is tough.
When worry creeps in I am reminded to pray. And am so VERY GRATEFUL for this new heart.
