Most of this pile of debri has been here for 16 years or more. Ever since we moved into our current home. We did not know whose property it was on, but it was not on ours.
Well, when we purchased the acreage next to us in June, we discovered this was now our pile of wood, metal, and debri. Conditions were right this weekend, and we have a water truck here for the time being so, we lit the pile Saturday.
The burn continued on into Sunday with us gathering scrap wood and branches all around us to add to the fire.
