Cozy cabin.... the coziness of a warm fire in a little cabin is so inviting, especially on these VERY cold winter nights. The snow is falling again too. Vance's work phone is a buzzin' not a fun time of year for the trucking business but he is hanging in there.
I went shopping at Elements here in town last night... BEAUTIFUL Christmas decorations galore! 40% off too... gotta love a sale. :) I will have to share some updated pics of my decorating... it has been really fun.

Looks totally inviting!
Yep, Dirk (my husband) is partner in a trucking firm....it's REALLY bad right now. His truckers are really struggling and he feels terrible for each of them. Unfortunately, it will be many months before they see anything positive. We're praying for a miracle.
I can smell the wood burning now! To me there is nothing like the smell of wood burning, it is cozy! I see you have the tea on, I'll be right over! ;O)
Have a wonderful weekend Michele!
By the way Jessica was telling me what a wonderful time she had last night, wish I could have been there.
I'll be right over to join you and Tami! You and Vance amaze me on how you can get all this done so quickly! The woodstove is so great!
What a fun little cabin! Can't wait to see it sometime. :)
I am responding to the above comments...:) although Vance and I contributed to the cabin, our friend and contractor Spike was the talented carpenter who got this little building up in a hurry!
And yes Daphine, this winter weather is soo tough for the trucking business -- you know!-- and drivers running out of legal drive time, finding themselves stranded, chaining up on the passes... mountain passes closing...let's all pray. love, Michele
