After 24 hours of being induced in the hospital, no baby. I was on pitocin for nine hours, as high as they go on the meds for a few hours - the contractions were coming on fairly strong every 2 minutes, but is was all the pitocin -- not my body. Her head remained high.
I did not rest very much last night and was discouraged when this morning I was sent home.
I pray for patience.
This baby girl will make her appearance when she is good and ready, it seems.

Oh Michele, I am sorry. How disappointing. Rest up good today and hopefully she will make her appearance soon. Sam says, typical female, always late :) Hang in there. Much love, Shelli
I know how much you want that baby girl in your arms. And as you know in the end all of this waiting, discomfort, and pain is SO worth it! I will pray that you can get a lot of rest in the next couple days. Love you guys!!
The Sam comment is really funny. I saw Lissa last night and she bought a ring that we named the Baby Jansen ring. We were both so excited. I guess it is the Baby J + 1 (or more)ring. Healthy full term babies are such a blessing. Hang in there. Love you!
Bless your heart, Michele! Hope she comes SOON!
So sorry, Michelle. That is so disappointing and frustrating. We'll be praying for patience and safe delivery!
Oh man...so sorry the induction didn't go as planned. I'll be praying for you and the little miss to come VERY SOON!!! Try to rest and enjoy these last days of pregnancy, it will soon be over. Hang in there!
Awww...saying prayers that that little girl arrives soon!!
Love and Hugs ~T
I hope it is soon and that you can rest while you wait. Maybe all of this trying will get her going and she'll come on her own. SOON!
Take care-
